How Do I Order?
Fill in my contact form or send me an email stating what you would like to purchase including the design you are interested in, colour scheme, any personalisations & quantity.
What Is The Turnaround Time From Enquiry To Delivery?
This will obviously depend on how much you are ordering however I aim to respond to requests within 2 working days. Once the designs & personalisations are agreed by you & payment has been received I will begin making the product & deliver to you within 10-14 days.
Am I Able To Make An Order If I Don't Yet Have All Of The Wedding Details?
Yes of course. If you are looking to order a full range of wedding stationery but you are only at save the date stage you don't need to worry. You can place an order for the items you would like & we can plan together when I would require the relevant information.
Will I Get To Preview My Personalised Product?
Yes, I can email across a digital copy of the personalised design before printing if this is required however you won't receive this until payment has been made.
How Do I Pay For My Order?
Once your order has been placed you will receive an invoice confirming the payment amount due & containing bank account details for you to make a BACS payment. You will need to use your order number & initials as the reference.
What is your refund policy?
As all items at ROSE GOULD Printing are personalised, once payment has been made this becomes non refundable & therefore items cannot be cancelled or returned.
